Mediocre Toker- a term used by thunder lungs(experienced marijuana smokers) to belittle people that cant consume as many cannabinoids and or they do some scrub shit. Its always fun to throw the insult around at ppl who consider themselves to be thunder lungs but everone else sees them for the mediocre toker as they are
such as cough out a bowl, have a cough attack after one hit, try to deepthroat a bong, waist all of the greens with one hit, hit a bowl without using the choke, always get smoked up and never have weed, breaking a pipe, all of these are examples of what a mediocre toker would do. essentially anything rookie smokers would do
