Loitering around, usually late at night, doing nothing productive but looking at funny things on the internet and giggling with friends over inside jokes. Usually involves a lot of webcomic-browsing, lolcat-perusing, and overuse of YouTube.

Maybe if you weren't so busy lollergagging for hours on end, you would've gotten your homework done on time!

to laze around, doing nothing, being a blob, wasting time, just chilling... i mean if there's a major assignment to hand in in 5 minutes only typed the words 'sexy triceratops' and slapped on some rainbows. (can't relate) maybe not chilling but it's pretty much how almost everyone is spending quarantine.
