little man's syndrome is when a small man drinks till he feels like he is 6'4 250. they most often have firends that cant stand to drink with them. they will tell storys of fights they were in to make them sound like a bad ass.

Working at a bar bouncing, little man's syndrome in the parking lot with a Smirnoff ice. went out two of the female staff were telling him to give them his drink. took his drink from him and he started yelling at me and told me he was a cage fighter and if i wanted a round house. then he trys to fight two women and a few guys. i tell him to fucking leave and a woman he was with pulled him back to his ride. if you cant with stand a woman pulling you, you realy think you could kick a man ass. ha

I had a boss with little man syndrome and besides never being able to please him, he always had to prove he was better than anyone else!

Someone with LMS generally under the height of 5'4" and is always angry . One who needs to be loud and insulting in order to get attention of others.
