When something happens that is surprising, or something that makes you reassure or realize something.
Jerald: hey, did you hear that Jim broke up with terry for a nice looking bagel?
John: well ain’t that a kick in the head!

When you suck the juice out of a a shrimp or crawfishs cranial area.
Do you know what suck the head means? Cause I came here with Keith once, and he didn't know. I mean, it ain't nothing bad, it's about eating.
