When a pompus rando takes his shirt off at an inappropriate time. He may come up with a variety of excuses for this action (hot weather, spilling PBR on himself, about to wrestle another man...etc.). In reality, he just wants the ladies present to see him in all his glory. In his mind, one of them will certainly be impressed enough by his physique to fuck him.

Glory Shot 

A Nick name for the AT4-HS in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It can also be used to describe the act of using the weapon to kill a person. The Glory Shot is often used to humiliate enemy players.

Occurs in "Half-Life 2: Deathmatch" when a player takes a flammable barrel with their gravity gun and shoots the barrel high and far across the map hoping to kill the opponent(s) as the barrel explodes on top of them.

Timmy took that barrel, shot it across the map, yelled "Glory Shot!" and nailed this guy, he didn't know what hit him!

A gloryslot is used in lieu of gloryhole in a gay bathhouse. Some jurisdictions prohibit the use of a gloryhole within their respective municipal limits. The bathhouse or other adult business will then install a wall or some other partition with a long rectangular cut out about waist high as opposed to holes. This facilitates anonymous oral and anal sex among the participants.
