{noun} Someone who is present in a situation as filler, i.e. the commercial in between the main event or the opening band no one knows or cares about.

Filler bitch

Someone that's overdone the facial filler and looks like a blow up doll.

She thought she looked good. Unfortunately, it's become clear she's a filler bitch.
