Calvin Coolidge is a term used to define anybody that looks like, acts like, or is an actual pedophile. Southern (North America) slang for the blackened souls of one's bare feet - dirty feet. Its name comes stems from lower class Americans walking the streets of Coolidge Texas barefoot. Often those seen can be without any teeth walking barefoot down a rock roads.
