Constiplation

When you forget to bring your phone into the bathroom and have to spend your time thinking about life.

Man, I forgot my phone. Now I have to spend my time in constiplation instead of mindlessly scrolling through Instagram while I poop.

Verbal constipation is when you have a lot on your mind to say but you ether don't have the courage to say it or simply choose not to. Verbal constipation when pent up can cause depression, stress, anger and self doubt ETC.
