Complex bitch 

The antonym or opposite of a basic hitch. Someone who is very complicated, complex, smart, multilayered, and or multifaceted.

This professor really irks me, but she’s totally a complex bitch, which I respect!

At least I’m not a basic bitch.. on the contrary, I’m quite a complex bitch.

A personality tick usually characterised by the uncalled for and without warning blurting of insults. Usually said with no thinking on the part of the speaker.

guy 1: Tara just totally burned me in front of everyone and i didnt even do anything to her!

guy 2: yeah, shes got a bitch complex.

Example 2:
girl 1: charley totally just dissed me , what did i ever do to him ?

girl 2: oh, hes just got a bitch complex

Bitch Diva Complex 

A conceited / difficult individual who thinks so highly of themselves and or perceived talent that a negative connotation of being a "Bitch Diva" is applied. Especially when describing a dude who exhibits such behavior, to which the term "Bitch Diva Complex" would be appropriated.

Nigga you think you're all that, but really yo punk-ass gotta Bitch Diva Complex!
