"Chobebot" is a word (sometimes derogatory, sometimes affectionate) to describe someone or something that is cute, small, and sometimes annoying. It can be used as an insult or as a cute way of calling someone a little shit.

That child is acting like a chobebot!

That thing at bowling alleys that they drag up and down the alleys to clean/wax it.

"Holy crap, I am totally going to go over there and ride on that chodebot."
