The "sayori challange" is referring to a girl named sayori from ddlc that committed suicide. It's mostly used on tiktok and even though it has "challange" in its name it's not a challenge, it's just a more creative way of telling someone to kill themselves.

The chumbawumba challenge is a drinking game that originated at Indiana University that is named for the band Chumbawumba and their most famous song 'Tubthumping.' During the chorus of the song the band sings "you take a whiskey drink, you take a vodka drink, you take a lager drink, you take a cider drink"
