A bark is a professional and highly expeirienced swimming coach. Bark comes from the moment you are competiting with someone in a race and the coach usually makes a sound close to a “bark” to tell you to start swimming.

Bark or Barking is the act of getting high with your dawgs. Typically, this is used to discretely ask your friends if they would like to get high in a shared space.
Friend 1: "I have the open tonight, want to come over and bark?"
Friend 2: "I'll have to go home and grab my bag if we're barking."
