Jeff is someone who you will fall deeply in love with. Mostly a great guy with an awesome personality and who only cares about you. Jeff is sweet, smart, funny, and very handsome. Just never let go of a Jeff once you have one, because it will be the worst mistake in your life. An obnoxious alter ego involving douchebagness. "The Jeff" always refers to himself in third person and loves to talk about only the following things; gym, protein bars, working out, hair gel, his love of the show "Friends", fighting, degrading women. The female version of "The Jeff" is "The Rach". Similar to a douchebag but not constantly.
