When someone plays their xbox for too long and start to get gradually more frustrated, angry and serious rather than having fun as the hours increase.

Symptoms include; short temperedness, sudden bursts of anger, frustration and antisocialness.

Symptoms worsen when player is losing at a game.

person 1 - hey man want to come out?

Xbox person - What!? No can't be fucked.
person 2 - whats ups with him?
person 1 - hes had to many xboxeroids.

or

person - what you been up to today?
Xbox person - Fuck off! *punches*

person - dude you've got to lay off those xboxeroids!

Also usually a question you ask a fellow nerd.
