When white-loving black people, who would rather be white, realize they will never be white, turn instead to hatred toward white people.

Those black folks sure do have a lot of white-envy.

White-Envy 

When black people feel envious of white society because their ancestors lacked the skill & knowledge to improve their lives. Often resulting in resentment, jealousy and demands for reparations instead of accepting personal responsibility for their own situation, and work towards improving their lives through hard work, discipline and other ethical ways of achieving happiness and success.

Hatred for white people is a result of white-envy due to cultural differences.

White girl envy 

When women of color ( mostly black women) are jealous that they will never be white women. It is often seen with women of color who thirst after white men and get angry when white men date white women or complain when men thirst after white women.

Shaniqua: Why do men always date white girls? They are flavorless and basic .

White~Envy

When black or other non-White People who live in a predominantly White Culture feel envious of the society because their ancestors lacked the skills, knowledge, or possessions of others in a dominant culture, often resulting in resentment and demands for reparations instead of accepting personal responsibility for their own situations and working to improve their lives though hard work, discipline, and other ethical means of achieving success and happiness.

1.) Sometimes the minorities on air opinion hosts at CNN really show their White-Envy to the viewing audience.
2.) My neighbor to the left of me has just informed me during our recent conversation that the black family that just moved into the neighborhood has White~Envy over something as trivial as the black guy's yard isn't as big as his yard. And that must be because he is a White man.
