Known for having 12 National Championships (The NCAA gives us 17). 51 Bowl Appearances and 29 bowl wins (Both Records). 21 SEC Championships. The Greatest Football Coach of all time. U of A is no Harvard but is a Quality institution. But who counts how many College Jeopardy Championships you have.
Alabama has the the greatest football tradition. Some people complain about how we live in the past. But when you have a past to live in it is different.

University located in Birmingham, Alabama. This is the place where people come and become either absolute goons or absolute retards, there is no in between. This is where our good friend Aaron (bless his heart) chose to go to college and let me tell you that using the word "wild" to describe him would be an understatement. If you thought Aaron was a goon before he went here, then you don't even want to know what he's up to now. Aaron also talks about how many retards that he always deals with on a daily basis so it doesn't seem like the area has the smartest population but that's not surprising considering that UAB is located in Alabama and has many students from the nearby states in the deep south.
I attended the University of Alabama-Birmingham and I was so happy I did because I met my wife there and she happened to be my second cousin, I've always heard of wincest but I didn't realize how amazing it was until I fucked my second cousin (now wife) and her sister at the same time.

The best school in Alabama for Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. While you went off to Auburn or Alabama-Tuscaloosa we decided to stay in Huntsville, save money, make money. By the time you come back from your party school most of the people at UAH will already have houses and cars. In fact, a UAH grad might be your boss with our already 4 years of working experience. (Only in respect to Aerospace and Mechanical, we are shit at everything else).
Quickly growing despite our old and decaying buildings (ENGINEERING AND TECH HALL, I AM TALKING ABOUT YOU) while new buildings are being built for faculty and staff. Students like to complain about parking, classes, and how boring it can be here.
We do not have football at this school. Instead, we have HOCKEY!
The girls at this school are tenfold better than whoever posted on here about UAH in 2005. We can credit this to the rising star of UAH, the Nursing program.

A small university located in Florence, Alabama. Formerly known as Florence State University, it is a high-quality undergraduate institution having four separate colleges and some graduate training. Especially excellent are its Departments of Biology, Geography, Chemistry, and Art; with strong showings in Mathematics, Management, Music, History, and Psychology. It has an excellent and caring faculty, up-to-date technology, and a great library. Campus social life is varied: there is some Greek life but not excessive. The biggest problem that it has is its location in Florence, AL, AKA Flotown. It is known also for its sports, with three Division Championships in football. It's a laid-back institution with a varied social life, and the students know how to have fun. It is also cosmopolitan, with many Japanese, Nepalese, and Turkish students.
