The most common known definition is, "Retard" or "dumb ass". For example one day at school Alex and his frineds where walking trough school and started acting retarded. They are now known as Unbankes's.

Unbanked 

People who do not use banks or financial institutions to engage in financial transactions or store money. Generally unbanked people use cash or more recently crypto-currency to engage in day to day financial life.

Why should I put my money in a bank and let them invest in oil and gas industry companies. I prefer to be unbanked.
