The Richard Weiss Scoring System

A maximum of ten points can be achieved in each category. The categories are Style/Audacity, Method of Execution, and Psychological impact.
Man 1: "Yo! did you see the news last night? Some dude killed his wife with a ball pein hammer, cut her body into pieces, and the set them on fire, before getting into a shootout with the cops!"

Man 2:"Damn! He must've been pissed! That's a perfect score on the Richard Weiss Scoring system!"
