Itâs when a group of people gather together to âchallenge/test/abuseâ someone else. Itâs an expression that tell said group that they have a target and all that Community can Bully said âtargetâ. Usually they will excuse their actions by calling the individual under attack as âweak, snowflake, canât take a joke, too emotional, etcâ.
The Group of people that likes âplaying research of resilienceâ usually will blame their Target to get away with their actions.
Itâs a modern way of bully, similar to a real life Cold War.
