Stands for "The worst bitch" Usually used towards a close female friend or girlfriend. However this is, not a term of endearment, rather TWB acts like a bitch at times but fails at being very bitch-like. TWB also makes sure to keep a calm demeanor because secretly she is part of an alien race bent on destruction of the planet.
