Skank Nudge 

Skank nudge, the process by which you heftily nudge whomever is standing next to you if someone deserving of such a gesture passes by, i.e. a skank, spiceboy or player.
An exaggerated form of the skank nudge may be used in particularly attention grabbing situations whereby the skank nudge or skank tackle may also be used: for example on hearing a terrible chat up line.
