Someone who talks about other people behind their backs. What they say usually isn't true and is just what they think they hear from other people or they just made up themselves.

Shit-Talker: Hey my friend Jessica told me that you are hotter than her boyfriend.

John: Oh yeah?

John: So your friend told me that you think I'm hotter than your boyfriend.

Jessica: That bitch is lying. I swear on my life I never said that. That bitch is such a Shit-Talker.

A shit talker is what 99% of people under25 years of age are, especially when around other "shit talkers" who like try try to impress other idiots of their age group, to try to appear "worldly" or "knowledgeable" about something they know absolutely nothing about. Shit talkers are silent around adults, (people over 35) because they realize that people who have lived a while have heard plenty of bullshit talk and are not impressed by juveniles babbling bullshit.
