1. Someone who believes that everyone is out to have sex with them (esp. when it's not true)

2. Someone who believes that everyone is out to have sex with someone else they know, such as their girlfriend/boyfriend. (also esp. when it's not true)

1. That girl is so sexanoid, no one in their right mind would touch her!

2. Guy: Why do other guys keep looking at you, they can see you're with me! Girl: You're just sexanoid!

Sexanoia 

1. The belief that everyone is out to have sex with you; they only want sex from you and nothing else (esp. when it's not true)

2. The belief in that everyone is out to have sex with someone else you know, such as your girlfriend/boyfriend. (also esp. when it's not true)

Girl A: Did you see those guys looking at me? They only have one thing on their mind! Girl B: They were looking at your new car, that's just your sexanoia talking.
