Scrumply is a feeling and emotion. Often described as "rough" or "scabby", if something is scrumply it is not soothing to any of the five senses. One can feel scrumply wherein they have the characteristics of an object described as scrumply or Fergalicious

scrumpty

A word used mostly in the South-West England to describe someone who is a Numpty (a bit dopey/silly), but also very attractive and loveable.

i.e. Scrumptious + Numpty = Scrumpty.

The word also sounds very much like an English South West type of cider: Scrumpy.

After trying to impress Joan, Paul managed to make a bit of a fool of himself.

Joan to a friend: "Ah, he might be a bit dopey, but he's definitely gorgeous."
Friend: "A Scrumpty then."
Joan: "Yeah."
