To lie down in a position that looks uncomfortable, but is actually very comfy. This is usually done whilst bored and infront of the TV, and can be enhanced by wearing scraping clothes such as very baggy tracky bottoms or/and a dressing gown.
Jonny was lying face down on the sofa, with 1 leg on the floor, the other leg up the back of the sofa, 1 arm tucked under his chest and the other flopped on the coffee table, he was watching the 2nd repeat of the A Team on Bravo that day, and was wearing a pair of tracky B's made for an indian elephant.
Jonny is excellent was scrawping at home.

To drag one’s body across the floor. Especially to drag one’s rear end across the floor, like a dog. Also can apply to other kinds of floor movement involving friction.
My dog keeps scrawping his butt across the grass. I think he has worms.
