Rascalation 

acting in the way of a rascal, an action that is silly, funny, witty, or in some way amusing. A term used to describe a classic action of humor performed by a known Rascal. When responding to this humorous event it is appropriate to laugh in a jovial deep tone using the particular phrase "Ah ha ha ha ha, what Rascalation!"

rascallion 

rascallion:
rascalion in old dictionaries, both are acceptable.
Archaic now and sometimes does not appear in some modern dictionaries.
There is no definitive etymology, but it is assumed to be associated with the word rascal.
n. 1. A low, mean wretch; a rogue; villain; mischievous; same as rascal.
n. 2. now disused, replaced by rapscallion.

Literally 1984 

Used in response for when someone promotes/advocates an event or idea that is perceived to support "too much" authority and/or government control.

Often used jokingly as a over-exaggeration in political talk.

Can also be used in response to a ban or mute in a forum site or online chat.
