RACHETFUL is when a person is normal an in no way ghetto, outspoken, or rude. But when given the right situation they become a completely different outspoken an ghetto an rachetful person.
a patient was getting out of line in the doctors office so the manager had to get Melissa (the most rachetful person in the office ) to handle the situation.
