RVCA is owned and operated by Billabong, you know the shirts you get at Wal-Mart for $5. Knowing that tweens and young adults are stupid and are easily manipulated by fads, Billabong simply re-branded their clothing, and bam, they can sell a $5 shirt for $50.

A company that makes clothing for the man who has money ,Usally a person who, dosnet ,skate but, snowboards, and tells, everyone they snowboard cause they think there legite but really there not . Makes some cool tees but got robbed by preps but still does make cool tees
