A Hanna-Barbera canine cartoon saying for "Uh-oh," beginning with THE JETSONS' Astro (1962) and continuing with Scooby-Doo in the Seventies.

Astro tended to speak a kind of English except that words with beginning consonants were replaced with an "R," and "R" was inserted in front of vowels.

Scooby-Doo was less fluent, but was given "Ruh-roh" as a kind of running gag when things were going bad.

Now "Ruh-roh" is sometimes used as a jocular trope where dogs are concerned, as in a recent news story about a dog who was accidentally released by Air Canada from his cage at the San Francisco airport. Rough meaning: "I goofed" or "I'm in trouble."
"Astro, if you don't stop that you're going to be in big trouble."

"Ruh-roh."

"Alright Astro, you asked for it, no outdoor privileges all weekend."

"Raw, Rorge!"

A way of saying that someone is invented perfection and being ethereal. A 'Roh Taehyun' is someone who's good-looking, excellent in krumping (can also be the definition of Krumping) and someone who's perfectly created by the gods. He is also someone that possesses a high quality voice, a honey-like and angel-like voice that can hit high notes perfectly and choreograph various steps in every concepts; he can either be cute and manly, or, be the reason of your death.
Person 1: wow this guy is so perfect! He was able to choreograph a dance in like an hour or so. He's so perfect and damn girl, his dance is so fucking a++++ while looking so ethereal
Person 2: wow, a total 'Roh Taehyun' out there.

A professional wrestling fan who will only accept and praise matches from the promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). They often criticize any style that is not similar (if not the same) as ROH, especially hardcore styles. Oftentimes, the ROH-Bot will draw inane comparisons between two matches or wrestlers whose styles were/are completely different.
While they try to come across as educated fans on internet forums, their snobbish tendencies lead many to label them as a troll within a few posts.
Regular fan: "The Mick Foley vs Undertaker Hell in a Cell match was awesome!!!"

ROH-Bot: "God, that was just garbage wrestling filled with 2-3 good spots. Strong vs Brisco was just as good, if not better than Foley/Undertaker."

Regular Fan: "Aren't you comparing apples to oranges?"

ROH-Bot: "No, you just aren't willing to expand your wrestling horizons."

Jai-roh is a compound adjective as well as a noun. If anything it is a description of a way of life. It personifies lad culture into a mere two syllables that can be used to charm or manipulate disgraced chikas.
one lad: heard you got a piece last night?
other lad: yeah i was elbow deep in a mad chika, she wouldn't leave the next morning so I had to pour ice cold water on her.
one lad: thats so Jai-Roh
