Real Laugh.
People these days use "lol" but don't really "laugh out loud" and sometimes they don't laugh, at all, or even make a smirk. So, RL is now being used to differentiate from a boring "lol" and a real laugh.
RL can be used in multiple sequences back to back to show that you are truly laughing hysterically. Example: "RLRLRLRL"

Acronym that means "Really Laughing," for those times you actually are laughing and do not want to use a filler acronym like "LOL", "LMAO", etc.
"Hey man, wanna her a joke?"
"Sure."
"Okay, why did seven eat nine?"
"Are you sure you're saying it right?"
"Uh, yeah??...Oh wait."
"Wow, I'm "RL" right now. That's hilarious."
"Shut up!
