Povilaitis 

A terminal sexually transmitted disease. This infection causes a numbing sensation followed by occasional orgasms and mood swings, difficulty in bladder control, and lastly all of the blood in the body rushes to the genital area and clots. This causes cardiac arrest and is fatal.
