\pE-nut-ä-pu-lis\ (noun). A state of mind making you feel very strong and powerful, almost mayor-like.

My Snickers wrapper had the word Peanutopolis printed on the back and the definition was inside. So I ate the Snickers, but I'm not feeling mayor-like at all.

A bastardization of the word 'peanutopolis' from the Snickers bars. It can mean anything. Usually a noun, but can also be used as a verb, adjective, or any other form of speech.
