Verb. To monopolize a panel's alloted time, so other panelists are unable to present their work or participate.

"How'd your presentation go?" "It didn't. The guy who went first panelopolized the entire 50 minutes."
"A panelopolizer and a q&ahole make for a perfect storm of conference assholery."
