One who plagiarizes or steals information from a web page to fulfill an article assignment.

Generally associated with people within a business that feel the corporate web materials & articles can be taken and used toward their own efforts.

Ted: Hey, isn't that new article that Bill came out with nearly an exact copy of your blog post from last Thursday?

Ned: Yeah, he's such a pageraper.
