An emoticon in which it represent looking to the right (or left if you use q_q) and may also means "I'm looking away from you", which is usually what it signals. So if you see someone use this emoticon, you should probably stop talking.

The emoticon - P_P, is named the serious face, for its serious look. It can also be used lightly for sarcastic seriousness. Though the seriousness of the statement or question is up to you.
Serious: "I am going to take a shit today. P_P"
Sarcastic Serious: "I am going to take a shit today. P_P"
Sarcastic Serious: "I am going to take a shit today. P_P"
