interj. Used to commend another's skill; largely synonymous with 'epic' or 'awesome'. Particularly suitable for use when viewing breakdancing performances. (Saying 'nooice' to commend someone else saying 'nooice' remains controversial but may lead to a heartfelt scenario.) Popularized through social media following its showcasing in a sketch on the television show Key & Peele.

nordic skiing
coming in two forms, classic or skate, nordic skiing is the original and hardest way to ski. you use every muscle in your body, and race 5-50k. an average practice for high school is 10-15 miles.
classic is a back and forth motion, primarily using your arms
skate is similar to skating on ice, except you also use your arms some, but mainly legs.

One is Nordick Helmetted by "allowing" (most often because of extreme intoxication) another man to place his testicles on the forehead and run his outstretched schlong down the bridge of the nose so as to achieve the classic Nordic Viking warrior helmet look.
