Nob Crust 

When smegma builds up to a severe state it forms a crusty pie texture called Nob Crust. Hard as a rock, you almost need a chisel to pry it from the rigged regions.

Suzy: I went down on this guy the other night n' almost chipped my tooth on his Nob Crust.

Jenn: Nasty! Did it stink?

Suzy: Yeah, like cheese. But it wasn't too bad when I finally got through the nob crust barrier n' got to the creame fillin'.
