Naloxone 

Naloxone is drug that blocks opiate receptor which reverses the effects of narcotic drugs. It may be used during surgery or to treat pain. Naloxone may also be used in the treatment of narcotic drug overdose, such as heroin, or to diagnosis suspected narcotic addiction.
We injected the heroin comatose overdose patient with Naloxone. He woke up in 15 seconds.

Naloxone Hydrochloride (sold under the brand(s): Evzio® and Narcan®) is the antidote to a opioid overdose, it binds to opioid receptors in the brain to keep opioids from landing on the receptors.
