It's the sound That feeling you get when you are really dying to get laid, but can't. So intense that you feel it constantly between your legs and need a release but your hands and toys just aren't good enough. Like a huge anxiety and it's all you can think about. Spending any time with the desired sex both helps and makes it worse (unless it leads to satisfaction).
