NEETbux refers to a form of social welfare (e.g. unemployement, social security), given to NEETs. A NEET is a sociological term which refers to those "not in education, employment, or training). It is a satirical term, often using on internet forums such as 4chan and reddit.

When people mention the NEETbux they're referring to the SSI progra- Supplemental Security Income, addressed to people who are too disabled to work or/and have mental disorders. However you can't get on SSI if you have more than a certain amount of money in assets.
