Mopportunity

When some of the contents of your handheld food, drop or spill onto your plate or surface, napkin etc.
This creates a moppertunity to retrieve by mopping the stray foodstuff with main food item. e.g. sandwich, wrap, crisp etc.

I've dropped some of the cheese and pickle from my sandwich; but never fear, this is merely a mopportunity to save it until the end.
