An interjection made famous by the 1996 movie Don't Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood. It's shouted whenever a moral lesson is spelled out just in case somebody didn't get it.
Ashtray's cellmate: If you hit a man, in time his wounds will heal. If you steal from a man, you can replace what you've stolen. But always cross in the green, never in between. Because the honorable Elijah Muhammed Ali floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee. And always remember my brother, one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish, knick knack, paddy whack, give a dog a bone, two thousand, zero, zero, party, oops! Out of time, my bacon smellin' fine.

Messages can include any message transmitted through channels of communication whether written, verbal, or visual. That includes: voice mail, letters, emails, texts, chat rooms, Facebook, YouTube, Facetime, Skype, SnapChat, message boards, and comments. The meaning of content is king is that the channel of communication is irrelevant so long as the content rings true and resonates with the listener, watcher, or reader.
Some people need to relax about messages because the act of a making a message is not necessarily proof that there is something wrong with the brain of the messenger.. Don't. Shoot. The. Messenger.
