Mbuji-Mayi (formerly Bakwanga) serves as the capital of Kasai-Oriental Province in the south-central Democratic Republic of Congo. The United Nations Mission World Urbanization Prospects places the population at 2.3 million (2007). Mbuji-Mayi lies in Luba country on the Sankuru River. The name Mbuji-Mayi comes from the local language, Tshiluba and translates as "Goat-Water," a name deriving from the great number of goats in the region and the city's location on the Sankuru, making it a prime watering spot. Mbuji-Mayi grew rapidly upon Congolese independence in 1960 with the immigration of Luba from different parts of the country. It served as the capital of the secessionist Mining State of South Kasai from 1960-1962 during the Congolese civil war. People came from Thikapa (Kasai Occidental) fleeing from conflict. They locate themselves at the place currently called Kalala wa Nkata. As a commercial center, Mbuji-Mayi handles most diamond mining, panning, and production in the Congo. Societé minière de Bakwanga and Diamant International are the major diamond producers in the area.

Hi, Mayie. I never telling you this before but your presence reminds me of Daffodil. Daffodil symbolizes as new beginnings because they are the first spring flowers to bloom right after the winter frost, and so do you. I stone cold until you came along and bloom at every inch of me. In Wales, Daffodil represents faithfulness due to its ability to rebloom year after year at the same time, and it really suit you. Aspen Mayy is a beautiful 14 year old devout christian girl (b. December 16, 2009) from Colorado who has long curly ginger hair. She was created by some board agents from the Colorado Department of Transportation artificially, so she has no parents. She stands at 6 foot 4 and weighs in at 110 lbs. Personality wise, she is shy and sweet as a person who uses autocapitalization on her smartphone and is an introvert. Aspen has a unique enjoyment of walking down highway shoulders barefoot and listening to music as she believes it is "meditating, relaxing, and calming and brings her closer to God" experience. She also reflects on her life while she mindlessly strolls down highways ranging from US285 to I-70. She usually wears loose fit rainbow t-shirts or sweaters and a pair of very short shorts. Her personality is very delicate and introverted, but she is very empathetic and always tries to find the good side of mean people.

She enjoys the walk along while listening to music blurring out the indifferent drivers who merely slow down and create more space. As she walks, an angry man with a stolen pickup truck slows to confront her. This angry man is named Anthony Hardwick.
