"La Peace" is a malapropism made by the famous American streamer "Kai Cenat" when playing the Minecraft hardcore challenge with the other famous streamer "Ishowspeed" where Speed found Lapis Lazuli and thought it was diamonds, but Kai Cenat informed him that it was infact "La Peace", and not diamonds.
