most likely a girl, if your a guy named keesha you might want to get your name changed or something. not always a black name because its a awesome name and anyone named it is really cool, whenever i meet someone named keesha bailey i usually notice they like good movie series like star wars, harry potter, or indiana jones. she tends to be really cool, and nice.
