Jib is to do a trick off of an unusually placed object, such as a rail or a box in a snowboard park (no the rail is not supposed to be in the middle of a trail).

The word jib is used as a reference to a girl that is younger than you that you would like to get with. You could also say jibbing indicating that you were looking for a jib.
