A Jackism is a word or turn of phrase used by Colonel Jack O'Neill int the television series 'Stargate: SG-1'. Common Jackisms are listed below, but there are others.

Jackism

Hilarious, and sometimes nonsensical phrases uttered by the fictional character Jack Sparrow, from the Pirates of The Caribbean movies.

Jackisms:
1. "The only rules that really matter are these: what a man can do and what a man can't do."

2. "She's safe, just like I promised. She's all set to marry Norrington, just like she promised. And you get to die for her, just like you promised. So we're all men of our word really... except for, of course, Elizabeth, who is in fact, a woman."
