Great extemper Syndrome
It is basically the same thing as Great Debater Syndrome. It's the syndrome when girls decide boys are much cuter because they are good at extemp.

Friend 1: If a girl gets GES for you, will she still be calling your best friend to set up dates and stuff?

Friend 1: Well at least you wont have to worry about that for a while.

The chemical element germanium, with symbol Ge and atomic number 32. Germanium is used in light emitting diodes and semiconductors.
