A series of three or more fails in a very short period of time. A combination of the words fail and storm

1)How did the date go last night?

It was a failstorm, first I called her the wrong name when I picked her up, then we went to a steak house and she is a vegan, the I was in a wreck on the way home. Couldn't imagine what else could go wrong.

Failstorm: combination of "Fail" and "Storm" Closely related to FTL

Definition: To suck wildly. A failstorm is a person/place/thing that sucks so incredibly hard, the word "Fail" no longer appropriately describes how lame it is.

knuckle hailstorm 

A barrage of knuckle punches on a individual during a first class ass whooping.

John Doe: I'm sorry, what did you say?

Crazy Mick (foreigner): I said f*@k your mom and the USA!

This insult is quickly followed with an immediate reign of knuckle hailstorm to the poor fellow.

Failstrom 

A portmanteau of the words 'fail' and 'Maelstrom'. A fail that is so much of a fail that it sucks everything around it into its vortex and turns everything else into a fail.

OMFG that jerk failed so hard that it made me fail too. It was a sort of a Failstrom for the entire room.

Dad’s surgeon told me that in the middle of it all, Dad’s eyes suddenly ripped open and a sudden mid-surgical fartstorm engulfed the entire surgical team!
