Acronym of "Facebook Pity Party," a regularly occurring event on your newsfeed wherein people post status updates to either elicit sympathetic responses or indirectly express to the world that they are feeling unduly sorry for themselves.

"The last 8 statuses on my newsfeed have been FBPPs. What the fuck is wrong with everyone?"
